The super admin will have the access to view and manage the chemist wise inventory details. The super admin will be able to assign the orders as per the availability of the stock with the chemist. The super admin will be able to access following features for the inventory management.

The super admin can view and manage the stock details of chemists as product name, price and in / out stock.

More about Sub Admin Feature

The sub admin would be able to access the inventory management for the chemist. The maintained inventory details will be accessible at the time order assignment to the super admin. Following are the f eature lists for the inventory management by sub admin.
The sub admin would be able to manage the product details as Product inStock / OutStock, price, discounted price
The sub admin would be able to view the product status in inventory as available in stock or out of stock.

Order Assignment

The order assignment process will start when the order has been placed by the user from the web/ mobile application. The super admin would be notified by the SMS and email notification for every new order. After receiving the order, the super admin would be able to assign the order to chemists by verifying the availability of stocks and location. The order dispatch would process as per the assigned orders. Some of the main features of order assignment for the super admin will be as follows.
The super admin will be notified for the received order by the SMS.
The super admin can view and manage the order details as user location, products and quantity.
All the nearest chemists would be displayed for the received order within the distance as of configured in the system.
The super admin can view the nearest chemists details and their inventory status for the ordered products.
The system would allow the super admin to assign the orders based on the in stock quantity. If the product is not available in any nearest chemists, the admin would be allowed to view all the chemist lists with the availability of the product.
The super admin would be notified for the unavailable product/ product quantity by the sub admin and check for the availability with the other nearby chemists.
Following are the features for the sub admin after receiving the order as per assigned by the super admin.
The sub admin would be notified for the assigned orders by the SMS and email notifications.
The sub admin will receive the assigned order details as product and quantity details
In case if any product/ product quantity is not available in the stock, the sub admin would be able to mention the product as unavailable.

Yes, we provide a free trial for SaaS Pharmacy. Sign up for your Virtual Practice account here. You can try out the features of our platform for a 7-day trial period before subscribing to a plan of your choice. During the trial period, you can enjoy all features of the full-fledged multi-store model. Once a plan expires, you can choose a suitable plan based on your feature requirement. We recommend that you upgrade your account before the trial expires.
Once your trial period ends, your account will be deactivated for 30 days, and after that, it will be terminated. You can resume services by logging in and subscribing to any plan during the trial period.
We offer two modes of subscription viz. Monthly and Yearly. You can choose any subscription pharmacy model and pay via credit or debit card or bank transfer via pre-existing payment gateways.
We accept most credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers for subscription payments.
Yes, we do support mapping of a custom domain which allows you to use your own domain e.g. www.yourbusinessname.com instead of yourbusinessname.emedhealthtech.com. We have an internal medicine database team which visits our network medical stores and captures pictures and creates a medicine database. Pharmacists verify it and we make it available on SAAS platform complimentary for all our clients, In addition updated MRP and New Medicines are added to the pool when users add/update it.
SMS Gateway charges depend upon the selection of SMS provider by you as there are multiple SMS service providers. The cost for SMS is based on the tariff, type of SMS you select, and the location of the recipient.
All the prices of our platform and its related services are exclusive of any applicable taxes, so charges of applicable taxes may need to be paid by the customer. We are using Digital Ocean for hosting services. The charges of which are as follows:

Yes, you might have to pay your payment gateway directly for the transaction charges. EMed HealthTech platforms’ subscriptions prices are exclusive of any payment gateway charges.
Our team will guide you during the setup process including EMail SMTP, Firebase Management, etc. However, if you want EMed HealthTech to do a one-time setup on your behalf including Payment Gateway Integration, Delivery Partner Integration, etc, the fee for the same will be INR 5000.
- The SaaS model includes SaaS solutions (with color and logo changes) and any further customization is not performed. This model will be suitable for small to medium-scale pharmacies and hospitals. - Whereas in the Enterprise model, customization and 3rd Party system integration like Shipping, Billing, and HMIS are done based on client requirements at additional costs. It includes White label solutions (with color and logo changes) and integration with one local payment gateway. This model will be suitable for bigger hospitals or governments where they need business customization.
We have designed our platform keeping in mind all the necessary features needed for doctors, patients, clinics, and hospitals.
